The Multi Role Helicopter Facilities at RAAF Base Townsville involved the construction of new facilities for 5 Aviation Regiment comprising extension and refurbishment of the Technical Support Troop facility, upgrade of the Technical Support Squadron ALSE Workshop, a new Forward Repair Troop and Draft Priority 1 Store, modifications to ‘B’ Squadron Shelters, fit out of the Mission Planning Facility and upgrade the HV ring main.
A TRT Director working for a previous company prepared the successful tender and construction programmes.
