Secure Facilities – Construction Programming
TRT were engaged by Q Build from the very start of concept design through to final handover of this fast track project. The project was carried out in parallel with the West Moreton Youth Detention Centre.
The works were constructed inside the existing BYDC facility whilst it maintained full operations. The project included a new 16-bed secure accommodation building, with extensions, refurbishments and upgrades the Education building, Kitchen, Laundry, Sallyport, a new Entry Gate, a new FM building, and general infrastructure upgrades.
