Secure Facilities – Construction Programming
TRT were engaged by Q Build for this $145M project starting from the preconstruction stage through to completion of construction in 2021.
This project consisted of the construction of new buildings and expansion of others within the existing, operating facility. Works included a perimeter security upgrade, eight residential blocks, two secure blocks, upgrades / refurbishment to support facilities, expansion of industrial workshops, expansion of detention block, and new utilities building outside the perimeter fence.
